BBQ Chickpea Wraps with Rosemary Fries
Loaded with savoury chickpeas in a warm tortilla, they come with a side of rosemary potato fries for a satisfying meal. Quick and easy to make, this budget-friendly dish is perfect for those busy days when you crave flavour without the fuss.

Ingredients
Chickpeas: 1 cup or 2/3 of a can
Cabbage: 1/4 cup heaping, shredded or chopped
Onion: 1, chopped
Salsa: 4 tbsp
BBQ Sauce: 1 tbsp
Wraps: 2
Chili Flakes: 1 tsp
Olive Oil: 2 tbsps
Salt: to taste
Dried Rosemary: 1 tsp
Potatoes: 2 medium
Water: a splash
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375. Chop your potatoes into fry shapes, and coat with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and dried rosemary. Place in the oven to bake.
Chop your onion, and add it into a pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Once the onion starts becoming transclucent, add in your chickpeas and continue sauteing.
In the meantime, shred or chop your cabbage. Place into a small bowl and toss with some chili flakes and salt.
Once your chickpeas and onion are cooked through, add in the BBQ sauce, and mix to combine. Add in a splash of water to deglaze the pan if needed.
Assemble your wrap by adding in 1-2 tbsp of salsa, your cabbage, followed by your BBQ chickpea mixture.
Serve with a side of your rosemary potatoes and enjoy!
