Made with the rich blend of honey and bourbon, adorned with an apple slice, cinnamon stick, and a tantalizing caramel sugar rim, it's a silky and effortlessly crafted delight, perfect for adding a touch of spookiness to your Halloween festivities.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon: 1 oz (omit for mocktail, or sub for non-alcoholic version)

  • Honey: 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon Stick

  • Apple Slice

Caramel Sugar Rim (optional)

  • Cane Sugar: 2 tsp

  • Caramel Candy: 1

  • Water: 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. If using, create your caramel sugar rim by placing the caramel candy and water into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 minute. Stir until smooth. In the meantime, lay out your sugar on a plate.

  2. Coat your glass in the melted caramel mixture, then spin your glass onto the sugar until evenly coated.

  3. In your glass, place your honey, followed by the bourbon, and stir until the honey has melted.

  4. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick, and enjoy responsibly!
