Ingredients
Diced Tomatoes: 2 cans (28oz)
Pinto Beans: 1 can (19oz)
Chickpeas: 1 can (19oz)
Kidney Beans: 1 can (19oz)
Black Beans: 1 can (19oz)
Lentils: 1 can (19oz)
Textured Vegetable Protein: 1 cup dehydrated (about 2 cups pre-made)
Vegetable Bouillon Cube: 1
Carrots: 2 medium, chopped
Onion: 1 small, chopped
Cumin: 1 tsp
Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp
Basil: 1/2 tsp
Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Thyme: 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf: 3 leaves
Salt and Pepper: to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a very large pot.
Fill with water and bring to a boil.
Lower to a simmer, and cook for at least 1 hour. (the longer, the better!) Enjoy!
