Hot Honey Cauliflower

Sweet, spicy, and totally addictive—this viral hot honey cauliflower is baked to perfection and coated in a homemade hot honey glaze. Quick, healthy, and fun for the whole family, it's the ultimate sweet-and-spicy twist on roasted cauliflower!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower: 1 head, chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • Miso Paste: 3 tbsp

  • Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Olive Oil: 1 tbsp + 2 tsp

  • Cornstarch: 2 tbsp

  • Unpasteurized Honey: 2 tbsp

  • Red Pepper Flakes: 1 tbsp

  • Maple Syrup: 1 tbsp

  • Sesame Seeds: for garnish

  • Cilantro: for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine your miso paste, soy sauce, hot sauce and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Pour over chopped cauliflower and toss until covered. Add your cornstarch, and toss again until evenly coated!

  3. Place in your oven at 350 for about 30 minutes until softened.

  4. In the meantime, prepare your hot honey by combining your honey, red pepper flakes, maple syrup and 2 tsp of olive oil. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Once the cauliflower is done baking, add your hot honey on top, and toss until evenly coated. Top with sesame seeds and cilantro, and enjoy!
